Winners at the Pig & Poultry Awards 2016

We're delighted and very proud to announce that we have won the Taste of Excellence Category at the Pig & Poultry Marketing Awards for our Free-Range Smoked Duck Breast!

The industry award celebrates all that is great in the UK pig and poultry market including primary production, breeding, welfare, processing, branding and marketing, through to retail.

The 2016 awards were held at Gillray's Steakhouse & Bar within the prestigious County Hall, London, where we were greeted with Champagne and live jazz.

This beautiful venue is beside the River Thames, overlooking Westminster Bridge and the Houses of Parliament.

Our wonderful lunch consisted of:

- Smoked Haddock Chowder with Rarebit Soldiers
- Smoked Gammon Steak Fried Duck Egg, Crackling, Watercress & Granny Smith Salad
- Chef ’s Ice Cream and Sorbet Selection
- Gillray’s English Cheese Board, Crackers and Chutney

.....all washed down with lots of fizz!
